1. Sourcing

LeadSweeper derives data from public activity and profile signals at a customer's request. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Freshness & provenance

Where supported, records carry source and collection metadata so customers can understand origin and freshness. Freshness depends on the source and the account's recent activity.

3. Availability

Field availability varies by source, account, and geography. Email availability averages 40–60%; phone availability ~50%. Not every record includes every field.

4. Retention

Retention periods are communicated in the portal. Authorized users may request supported deletion actions.

5. Suppression

Customers can select suppression lists to exclude known accounts and must honor opt-outs and suppression requests in downstream use.

6. Responsible use

Customers must follow applicable law, platform rules, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Outreach must comply with anti-spam and consent requirements.

7. No affiliation

LeadSweeper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Any product names are property of their respective owners.
