1. Acceptance
By creating a workspace or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for your workspace credentials and for activity under your account. Access is role-based and scoped to your workspace.
3. Orders & billing
Orders are billed per the plan selected. Pay Per List is priced per 10,000 records; Agency White-Label includes 250k records per year with a discounted rate thereafter.
Charges reflect delivered records. Failed and duplicate records are not billed where supported. Refunds and cancellations follow these terms.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing starts. Cancellations after processing begins are handled per the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law, including outreach and anti-spam rules.
6. Independent service
LeadSweeper is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
7. Liability & warranties
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Data availability varies by source, account, and geography. We do not guarantee that every record includes every field.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
