Clear sourcing. Controlled access. Responsible use.
LeadSweeper should make it easy to understand where data came from, when it was collected, how long it is retained, and what customers may do with it.
Data sourcing
Data is derived from public activity and profile signals. Source and collection metadata is preserved where supported so customers can understand origin and freshness.
Data availability & limitations
Availability varies by source, account, and geography. Email availability averages 40–60%; phone availability ~50%. Not every record includes every field.
Data freshness & timestamps
Records carry source and collection timestamps where supported. Freshness depends on the source and the account's recent activity.
Workspace security
Client workspaces, datasets, billing details, and team access are protected with authenticated, role-based controls.
Role-based access
Workspace roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) control who can create orders, view datasets, manage billing, and manage integrations.
Secure exports
Exports use permission-checked access. Dataset access is scoped to authorized workspace members.
Retention & deletion
Retention periods are communicated in the portal. Authorized users can request supported deletion actions.
Suppression & correction
Suppression lists can be selected to exclude known accounts. Correction and deletion requests follow the privacy policy.
Responsible-use commitments
Customers must follow applicable law, platform rules, outreach requirements, and suppression requests, and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited uses
Unlawful targeting, harassment, and reselling access beyond account permissions (unless contractually enabled) are prohibited.
