1. Overview

LeadSweeper is an audience-intelligence service. This policy describes how we handle information about our customers and the public-source data our customers request.

2. Data we process

We process public activity and profile signals sourced at a customer's request, and customer account data such as name, email, company, and workspace settings.

We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

3. How we use data

Customer account data is used to operate workspaces, billing, and support.

Public-source data is processed on behalf of customers to fulfill orders and is made available to the ordering workspace.

4. Retention & deletion

Customer data and delivered datasets are retained per the workspace's retention settings and this policy.

Authorized users may request deletion of datasets or personal data via the contact page.

5. Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Data is shared only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service, under appropriate agreements.

6. Security

Access is authenticated and role-based. Workspaces are scoped so members see only their workspace data.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the contact page to exercise these rights.

8. Contact
